UK Shipping

Shipping costs start at £2.95 (2-3 working day tracked delivery service) and is based on weight. Depending on the size of the order, we will send by the most price efficient method for tracked shipments, typically by Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, FedEx or DPD based on your location. Shopify automatically selects what it thinks is the best rate and, on occasion, we're able to use a better rate depending on the speed of shipping desired. In that instance, we will refund you the difference prior to shipping the order.


If you live outside of the UK and require international shipping, please contact us at shipping @ We can price up shipping for any destination. Please include your contact details, address details and your full order requirements. We can then easily issue you with a quote to your destination. If you put the order directly in with Shopify, it will select what it believes is the best rate. Often we're able to find a better rate depending on the speed of shipping desired.

Please note that we are NOT liable for any import taxes or duty fees. We have however found that our products are exempt from taxes or duties, though that varies from country to country.


We aim for all orders to be shipped within 24 hours, Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm. Orders placed after 12pm will usually be shipped on the next working day. Due to the number of orders over the weekend, orders may take 48 or even 72 hours to despatch at the start of the week.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, FedEx or DPD to deliver our orders. A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and we will update your order with the tracking information.


If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


Returns are at your own cost. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Items may not be returned if they have been opened.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Therefore, we cannot accept sauces which have been opened.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
